Best Consultation Services for Health Equity in the Industry
Consultation
We provide consultations to healthcare/biotech organizations that are interested in establishing a bridge in the community. We also provide individual consults (ask us about our Difficult Conversations service) to community members. Our consultation services will provide the steps needed to be taken in order to gain the rapport and the willingness of these groups to get involved with such trials. Furthermore, we will introduce these organizations to influential members of the community that share a like-minded view of equally representing their fellow community members.
Professional Development
Our professional development workshops are uniquely designed to help support the implementation of specific procedures, strategies, or activities to advance the understanding and application of health equity. We also offer professional learning experiences in health equity best practices.
Medical Curriculum Audit
For higher educational institutions we offer student focused seminars, workshops, and focused curriculum audits, where we will evaluate and then co-construct a curriculum that centers health equity in every practice. By introducing these subjects and ideas into higher education curriculums, we hope to further imbed this ideal such that it becomes a norm moving forward.
Events
We curate health-focused community events that create space for minorities to engage with organizations and health care professionals. With these events, we are able to introduce members of these organizations to members of marginalized communities, instilling a level of trust and understanding between the two groups.
BEYOND Patient Health Equity is a relatively new organization, however, with a new outlook, dream and mindset, we are determined to make a big change to the world of medical research and clinical trials. Our founders have a history in the medical field and has seen first hand how inequity plays a role in the level of care and access to healthcare one receives when ill. By shifting these norms, we will make major leaps towards longer and healthier lives.
